Shipping:

All items will be shipped via Australia Post or FedEx.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on region, weight and dimensions. This is unique for each artwork and extremely varied.

All prints are made to order, please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your shipping information.

All prints will be sent in reinforced cardboard packaging, with care instructions.

Customers pay for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.

Please Note – once I send out your artwork it is in the hands of the postal service – please contact the postal service in your country with your registered post number or check the tracking feature on their website to get more info on the location of your package.

Did you accidentally supply the incorrect address? If a note is left for a different shipping address please make sure you get a confirmation email. If there is no confirmation from me by the end of 2 business days, it means I may have not received the changes – so please send an email to: e.jamielee.garner@gmail.com or use the contact form on the 'about' page.

Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives with clear and noticeable damage to its contents the customer should indicate this to the delivery driver when signing the proof of delivery and ensure it is noted on the proof of delivery. Please email information and photographic evidence of the damage to: info@jamieleegarner.com

Return to sender policy: If the parcel is returned because you have supplied an incorrect address, the parcel will need to be returned to the studio before it can be resent. Once the parcel is returned to the studio, I can resend the parcel to you (additional postage costs will apply).

Refund Policy: As an artist, all products are made to order and I can not offer refunds or exchange due to change of heart.
