Printed by specialists with archival quality inks onto museum grade fine art paper: giclée print on Canson Rag Photographique, 310gsm, 100% cotton.
Frames not included.
Each limited edition print comes with a certificate of authenticity and is signed and numbered on the back.
All prints are unframed and sent to you in reinforced cardboard packaging. All prices include packing and postage.
You will also receive a receipt to confirm that the donated percentage was received by the organisation.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy: All products are made to order and we do not offer refunds or exchange. As all products are made to order and we do not offer refunds or exchange due to change of heart.
Faulty or Damaged Goods: If your item arrives with clear and noticeable damage to its packaging and contents the customer should indicate this to the delivery driver when signing the proof of delivery and ensure it is noted on the proof of delivery. We require photographic evidence of the damage to be e-mailed to e.jamielee.garner@gmail.com
Return to sender policy: If the parcel is returned to us because you have supplied an incorrect address, the parcel will need to be returned to the studio before it can be resent. Once the parcel is returned to the studio, we can resend the parcel to you (additional postage costs will apply).
SHIPPING INFO
All items will be shipped via Australia Post unless otherwise arranged. All prices include domestic packing and postage. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
All prints will be sent in reinforced cardboard packaging, with care instructions.
Please Note – customers pay for any custom charges, duties or taxes charged to them by their country.
Please Note – once we send out your print it is in the hands of the postal service – please contact the postal service in your country with your registered post number or check the tracking feature on their website to get more info on the location of your package.
